What are the payment options?
Miss Intimate has its own shopee account so customer can browse the items they want, by that paying would be much easier. We also accept payment through G-CASH if it is much convenient to the customer.
Do you offer discounts?
Miss Intimate offers discounts on bulk orders and loyal customers. Discounts depends on customer and staff's deal.
How do you ship orders?
Miss Intimate ship orders through the means of shopee for the reason that we have our own shopee store for both seller and customer's convenience. For other customer who prefers normal delivery, we also offer using Mr. Speedy or other option the customer wants in which we can attend.
Do you offer free shipping?
Miss Intimate doesn't offer any free shipping option unless you check out in shopee and have your own free shipping fee vouchers. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customers.
Do you have return/refund policy?
As for our items, Miss Intimate sells undergarments which needs to be always new and unused even for trial. Having a return/refund by giving us back the items whether you tried it or not for fitting purposes is not allowed. We will assure to send you the sizes we offer before shipping it and give you a proper service you need.
What are your shipping policy?
Buyer needs to wait 7-16 days upon ordering an item before the shipment.
